Your ingredient list

  • 1 teaspoon of salt (for every kilo of meat)4 dentes de alho

  • Rosemary to taste

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Half glass of red wine

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Let's start!

  1. In a bowl, season the meat with salt, garlic, rosemary and olive oil.

  2. Mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes (turn the meat halfway through) to get the flavor.

  3. Transfer the meat and all the seasoning to a roasting pan, leaving the garlic in direct contact with the bottom of the roasting pan.

  4. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 250º/280º degrees for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove the aluminum, add a little water and return to the oven, at 240 degrees, for another 15 to 20 minutes (turn the meat halfway through).

  6. Once the meat is ready, set aside.

  7. In the baking dish, pour the wine and put on low heat.

  8. Keep scraping the bottom well, while the sauce cooks, so that it mixes well and gets the flavor of the seasoning.

  9. Add a little water, if you need it, and finish with the butter.

  10. Keep stirring until the butter melts.

  11. Sift the sauce, cut the meat and put the sauce on top.

  12. Now it's just serving.

Enjoy your food.
