Rump steak with beer

A recipe with few ingredients, easy to make but that will impress your guests!

 

Your ingredient list

  • 1 piece of sirloin steak weighing about 1.5 kg

  • 1 sachet of onion cream

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce

  • 600 ml stout beer

  • salt to taste


Let's start:

  1. In a container mix the onion cream, tomato sauce and beer.

  2. With the knife make small lines in the meat for the seasoning to penetrate.

  3. Place the picanha in a large container.

  4. Season it with salt and add the mixture with beer.

  5. Let rest for 2 hours.

  6. Preheat the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

  7. Wrap the meat in aluminum foil and place it in a mold.

  8. Take it to the oven for about 20 minutes.

  9. Remove the foil and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.

  10. Remove and check the point of the meat. If it is not to your liking, you can return it to the oven for a few more minutes until it reaches the desired doneness.

  11. Retreat and serve next.
